Your responsibilities

• Running and ongoing servicing of an online store on the Shoper platform and Allegro sales accounts.
• Creating, updating, and optimizing product offers, including descriptions, parameters, photos, thumbnails, and prices.
• Ensuring the correct presentation of products in the online store and on Allegro, in accordance with company standards and the requirements of sales platforms.
• Preparing product graphics, banners, auction thumbnails, and promotional materials for online sales purposes.
• Creating and optimizing marketing campaigns, particularly Allegro Ads, Allegro promotional campaigns, and activities supporting sales in the online store.
• Analyzing sales results, offer effectiveness, product profitability, and competitor activities.
• Introducing new products to online sales and developing existing product categories.
• Controlling the correctness of prices, stock levels, product parameters, and offer compliance with the current assortment.
• Cooperation with the sales department, warehouse, and individuals responsible for customer service and order fulfillment.
• Participation in developing the company's online sales and implementing new ideas to improve e-commerce operations.

Our requirements

• Experience in online sales, marketplaces, or online store servicing.
• Practical knowledge of the Allegro platform and the principles of creating effective sales offers.
• Experience in servicing an online store, knowledge of the Shoper platform is a plus.
• Ability to prepare simple product graphics, banners, and sales materials.
• Knowledge of the basics of internet marketing and the ability to create or optimize advertising campaigns.
• Independence, good work organization, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working with prices, parameters, and product descriptions.
• Ability for analytical thinking and drawing conclusions from sales results.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to performing duties and a desire to develop in the e-commerce field.

Nice to have

• Experience in running Allegro Ads, Google Ads, or other online sales campaigns.
• Knowledge of graphic design programs, such as Canva, Photoshop, GIMP, or similar.
• Experience working with sales systems, warehouse systems, or e-commerce integrators.
• Knowledge of the heating, sanitary, installation, construction, or technical industry.
• Ability to create product descriptions considering SEO and online sales principles.
• Experience in analyzing competitor prices and optimizing sales prices.
• Knowledge of tools supporting online sales, such as Baselinker, Apilo, Subiekt, price comparison sites, or similar systems.
• Basic knowledge of marketplace sales principles and Allegro regulations.
• Residency in the vicinity of the company's headquarters.
