Salesperson (m/f)

Location: Poznań

Your responsibilities

  • In-store sales: Direct customer service, product advisory, tailoring offers to customer needs, ensuring high quality of service through accurate and reliable product information.
  • Online sales support: Packing shipments, assisting with online sales and customer service for online orders and marketplace platforms.
  • Brand promotion on social media: Creating content promoting our products and campaigns on company profiles (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Maintaining the showroom's presentation.

Our requirements

  • STUDENT STATUS (PART-TIME STUDIES). If you are not a part-time student, please do not apply.
  • Experience: At least one year of sales experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of marketplaces (Allegro, Empik, etc.).
  • Communication skills: Ability to work with customers and good communication.
  • Knowledge of Polish at C2 level and English at B1 level.
  • Commitment, independence, punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Availability during hours 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Readiness to start immediately.

CU29 Showroom is the first and only one in Poland specializing in the sale of copper tableware, jewelry, and accessories. We also offer a wide range of niche perfumes and cosmetics that combine elegance with exceptional quality. The showroom is located in Galeria MM and attracts lovers of copper and luxury goods.

If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working with customers, join the CU29 team! We are looking for a Salesperson/Customer Advisor for our showroom in Poznań. In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers both in the physical store and online (www.kropleurody.pl). Your goal will be not only to sell but also to build customer relationships, ensure their satisfaction, and assist them in selecting premium products.
