The Role
You’ll be producing high-quality finishes for a respected automotive group. No shortcuts, no cheap gear. Just proper prep, accurate colour matching, and quality results every time.
What your day looks like:
• Prepping, sanding, priming, masking, and refinishing vehicles and parts
• Mixing and applying paints with real precision
• Working in clean, modern, temperature-controlled booths
• Checking every job to make sure it hits top standard
• Being part of a tight, professional team that takes pride in their work


What We Need
• 3+ years automotive or industrial spray-painting experience
• Certificate III in Automotive Spray Painting or equivalent
• Strong prep, colour matching, and finishing skills
• Someone reliable who takes real pride in quality work
• A positive, steady attitude and good work habits
