Sports Staff

- Organize and lead a variety of sports activities and events for guests of all ages, including but not limited to: basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, and water sports

- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests participating in sports activities

- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any questions or concerns

- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of sports equipment and facilities

- Collaborate with other crew members to plan and execute special events and tournaments

- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures as required

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the companys values and standards

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those pertaining to safety and hygiene

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in a sports-related role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical exam and background check
