Sport Enthusiast Social Media Manager Wanted! (m/w/d)

Your passion is communication and content? You are a creative social media manager with an analytical working style and have a desire for a varied job with plenty of design freedom?

You accompany us at high-profile national and international marathons, triathlons, and other sports events, are mainly responsible for populating our channels, meet social media or event attendees with our athletes, regulate interactions, and always keep an eye out for the right shot and the next story.

Working hours: 40 to 80 hours per month

Tasks

• Carefully creating posts and stories with added value for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook based on content plans and in view of project goals
• Skillful management of channels and communities of various event brands
• Monitoring and analyzing requested hashtags, contents, and trends of different target groups
• Planning and implementation of influencer and advertising campaigns on Instagram and TikTok
• Dynamic social media accompaniment and community interaction during events
• Creating reports and presentations

Qualification

• Studies in the field of business administration, marketing, communication, or similar, or completion of a comparable training program
• First experiences in social media marketing or corporate communication
• Very good knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
• Good to very good office skills
• Passion for storytelling, sports events, and sense of brand communication
• Reliability, creativity, language proficiency, motivation, and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and very good English knowledge
