Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager

Join our dynamic team at Living Legends - Chronicles of Romania, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming interest into signed agreements and deposits for our prestigious event. We are seeking a motivated individual to drive sponsorship and partnership sales, focusing on premium sectors such as automotive, F&B, telco, consumer electronics, banking, fintech, insurance, energy, luxury, real estate, and high-end lifestyle & entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a targeted account list across our focus sectors.
• Conduct multi-threaded outreach to C-suite, CMO, Brand, and CSR executives.
• Facilitate KPI workshops with prospects, draft LOIs, and secure deposits.
• Translate sponsor goals into activations and content placements, ensuring clear ROI promises and a comprehensive reporting plan.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, manage pipelines, and provide weekly revenue reports.

Requirements:

• 3-7+ years of experience in sponsorship/partnership sales with C-level decision-makers.
• Proven track record of closing significant deals with clear ROI cases.
• Fluent in English and Romanian with excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools like Notion or Sheets.
