Description of the role:We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and well-connected Sponsorship Manager who can attract sponsors for a unique musical event in Romania. This role is essential for financial support of the project and building partnerships with impact.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential sponsors
- Creating and presenting sponsorship packages
- Negotiating and concluding agreements
- Maintaining relationships with sponsors and delivering promised benefits
- Coordinating brand visibility for partner brands during the event
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, fundraising, or sponsorship (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and sell a creative concept
- Basic knowledge of marketing and brand activation
