Sponsorship Manager

Description of the role:We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and well-connected Sponsorship Manager who can attract sponsors for a unique musical event in Romania. This role is essential for financial support of the project and building partnerships with impact.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and approaching potential sponsors
• Creating and presenting sponsorship packages
• Negotiating and concluding agreements
• Maintaining relationships with sponsors and delivering promised benefits
• Coordinating brand visibility for partner brands during the event

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, fundraising, or sponsorship (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships and sell a creative concept
• Basic knowledge of marketing and brand activation
