Sponsoring Manager (gn) - Parental Leave Representative for 24 Months, Option for Extension

We are looking for you as a Sponsoring Manager (gn) for a 24-month parental leave representative position with the option for extension. In this role, you will actively shape our sponsoring partnerships, make our brands experiential, and ensure that our engagements are measurable, visible, and strategically effective. • You will develop and optimize sponsoring strategies for all brands of the Bikeleasing Group, strengthening our brand positioning
• You will select, evaluate, and negotiate sponsoring partnerships – from the initial idea to the final agreement
• You will ensure a smooth on-site implementation of our sponsoring activations, for example, at game days, presentations, or events, closely coordinated with the event manager
• You will steer our internal and external partners, ensuring smooth processes
• You will measure successes, optimize sponsoring processes, and establish reporting standards, including clearly defined KPIs and corresponding optimization derivations
• You will continuously monitor market and competitive developments in the sponsoring field and identify relevant trends, potential, and strategic opportunities
• You will support the team in budget planning for sponsoring activities and contribute to a clear allocation of funds

Your Strengths

• Several years of experience in sponsoring management – ideally in the context of sports, brand activation, or partnerships
• Very good negotiation skills, communication strength, and a confident demeanor towards partners
• High travel readiness and enthusiasm for accompanying sponsoring activations personally
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, forward-looking work style
• Hands-on mentality: You develop ideas not just, but actively implements them
• Communication strength and professional demeanor towards partners
• Passion for sports, movement, and strong brand partnerships
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
