Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Splunk Administrator with hands-on experience in deploying and managing Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience in Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), Splunk UBA, and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI). This role requires strong technical skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Splunk Deployment & Administration: Install, configure, and manage Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk deployment and configuration; Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Splunk with other systems; Provide technical support and training to users on Splunk usage. Requirements: ✅ Strong understanding of Splunk architecture and components; ✅ Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI); ✅ Knowledge of Splunk UBA and its applications; ✅ Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL; ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
