Hotel Splendid Mamaia, a 4-star hotel with almost 20 years of experience in the Mamaia hospitality market, is expanding its management team and is looking for an experienced Hotel Director with vision and performance orientation.

We are looking for a professional who understands both the guest experience and the commercial and financial aspects of a hotel, and who wishes to be directly involved in the business development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of the hotel's entire operational activity and its departments;

• Organization, coordination, and evaluation of teams;

• Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of services offered to guests;

• Monitoring hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability;

• Tracking relevant hotel indicators: occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR, costs, and productivity;

• Active participation in establishing pricing, sales, and revenue management strategies;

• Development of corporate, leisure, events, and group segments;

• Developing and monitoring annual budgets and objectives;

• Optimizing costs without diminishing the quality of services;

• Recruiting, developing, and motivating the team;

• Implementing and adhering to operational procedures and standards;

• Managing relationships with hotel suppliers and partners;

• Analyzing customer feedback and implementing necessary measures to increase their satisfaction;

• Periodically reporting results and performance indicators to company management.

THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant experience in hotel management, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel;

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating teams and hotel operations;

• Solid knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control;

• Understanding of revenue management strategies and hotel sales channels;

• Leadership, discipline, and decision-making ability;

• Results-oriented, but also guest experience-oriented;

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;

• Advanced knowledge of the English language;

• Proactive attitude and direct involvement in the hotel's day-to-day activities.
