Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our SPG Install Automation team. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering organization, you will be responsible for managing the installation and commissioning of our equipment at customer sites worldwide. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: * Lead the SPG Install Automation team in the planning, execution, and delivery of equipment installations and commissioning projects worldwide. * Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain, to identify and resolve installation-related issues. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for equipment installations and commissioning projects. * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment installation, and commissioning methodologies. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Experience working with global teams and customers is highly desirable.
