• Independent management of regulatory projects, including responsibility for resources and goals
• Implementation of regulatory action packages
• Coordination and follow-up of regulatory measures in specialist departments
• Active promotion of team and stakeholder cooperation as well as clear, solution-oriented coordination

• Completed banking or savings bank apprenticeship
• Further qualification, e.g., in the form of a savings bank/bank business administrator degree or a comparable qualification such as a Bachelor's degree.
• If no further qualification is available at the time of the advertisement, it has already been started or participation is imminent
• MaRisk basic seminar (Already attended or readiness for immediate participation)

Förde Sparkasse is a public employer bound by collective agreements and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is based on the collective agreement regulations, particularly §§ 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of TVöD-BT-S.

The classification of the advertised position is in Remuneration Group E11 TVöD. Depending on relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 2 to 6 is regularly considered upon hiring. This currently results in a monthly collective gross entry-level salary in a range of 4669.92 Euros to 6326.77 Euros for a working time share of 39 hours (100%).

In addition to the tabular salary, other collective benefits are granted in accordance with the mentioned collective agreements, particularly an annual special payment or savings bank special payment.
