Quality Specialist

You want to shape quality comprehensively and sustainably improve it? In this role, you ensure product and production quality across all our product lines – from heat pumps and storage systems to modular systems, electrification, and HEMS. You consistently pursue a zero-defect approach, actively work on preventing returns, and ensure that quality risks are recognized and addressed early on. The position is anchored in the organization development as an independent staff unit. In this role, you will work across departments with development, production, and other interfaces, driving sustainable improvement of our quality standards throughout the company.

Tasks

• Establishment, further development, and monitoring of a comprehensive QS system for all product lines
• Definition and optimization of testing processes and methods to continuously reduce ticket inflow
• Analysis of quality key figures and conducting in-depth problem and cause analyses
• Development and maintenance of dashboards for transparent presentation of quality and process key figures
• Leadership and moderation of interdisciplinary task forces on critical quality cases or new topics
• Ensuring quality requirements from early development phases and accompanying new product architectures
• Definition of QS gateways and test specifications along the entire product lifecycle (Design → Production → Field)
• Establishment of a "Quality First" culture through clear communication, assertiveness, and stakeholder management

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or similar field
• Multiple years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the energy or building technology sectors
• In-depth knowledge of QS methods and their application for process and quality optimization
• Experience in process management to reduce error tickets through preventive measures
• Analytical, structured, and data-driven work approach
• Excellent communication skills, address-oriented and binding
• High problem-solving competence, system understanding, and quick grasp of complex technical interdependencies
• Assertiveness combined with hands-on mentality and strategic foresight
