We are filling a position together with our client, an electronics manufacturer in Dresden, to cover the role

Quality Management Specialist

Tasks

• Surety of compliance with all quality standards in production/manufacturing

o Process control in daily business

o Planning and implementation of preventive measures

o Professional and disciplinary leadership

• Coordination and surety of process stability in all areas

o Conducting product and process audits

o Initiating and controlling corrective actions

o Supporting the business fields Construction and IT Development regarding processes and product conformity

• Creation of test plans and quality specifications in production and manufacturing
• Creation of reports and presentation in committees
• Coaching and moderation of QM working groups and QS teams
• Closely cooperating with production management

Qualification

• Training as a representative for quality management IHK
• Professional experience in quality management of electronics manufacturing
• User knowledge of quality techniques (8-D reports, KVP, FMEA etc.)
• Prior knowledge of 6σ
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and approach
• Negotiation- and assertive personality
• German language skills at C1 level and communication-safe English
• Readiness for occasional business trips (supplier audits, trade fairs etc.)
