Your tasks: Optimization and modeling of new processes in close coordination with the departments, When developing process solutions, you will follow an end-to-end approach to provide both external and internal customers with need-based solutions and efficiently design interfaces. You will drive the digitalization of processes forward and thus set important impulses for the bank's future viability. Your methodical, conceptual, and technical expertise will be used specifically to sustainably improve the efficiency and quality of business processes. In addition, you will accompany, train, document, and model new as well as changed workflows. You will have in-depth knowledge of legal and supervisory requirements for process changes and introductions. In this context, you are responsible for planning and conducting test and release procedures. As an interface between different areas of the bank, you will strengthen internal exchange, act as a central point of contact for your colleagues, and keep the written order of the bank up to date. Furthermore, you will work across departments in projects and support employees with process-related questions. Your skills: Ideally, you have experience in a banking organization and/or process management within a bank. You bring an excellent IT affinity and enjoy optimizing processes as well as developing and introducing new digital solutions. As a team player, you foster and demand cooperation within the team and convince through independent, structured, and meticulous work. An open dialogue is important to you, and you are characterized by excellent communication skills. You are open to changes and willing to continuously develop yourself professionally and personally. A good understanding of business economics is self-evident for you. Your very good analytical and conceptual skills round out your profile. Knowledge of the core banking processes agree21 and Banking Workspace, as well as the application of ADONIS NP, are advantageous.
