Specialist: IT Process Leadership (m/w/d)

The Bayernwerk Group, a 100 percent subsidiary of the Bavarian State-owned company, is looking for a Specialist: IT Process Leadership (m/w/d) to support the further development and implementation of our IT processes. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Development and maintenance of IT processes in accordance with DIN EN ISO 20000-1 and DIN EN ISO 27001; • Analysis and optimization of existing IT processes; • Design and implementation of new IT processes; • Coordination and support of internal and external stakeholders; • Identification and resolution of process-related issues; • Development and maintenance of process documentation; • Support in the development of IT strategies and concepts. Requirements: • University degree in a field related to IT or a comparable qualification; • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT process management or a comparable field; • Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 20000-1 and DIN EN ISO 27001; • Experience with IT process management tools (e.g. SharePoint, Asana, Trello) is an advantage; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
