Specialist: Internal Audit (d/w/m)

Your area of responsibility: You will conduct self-directed planned and unplanned audits independently. The scope of your work includes: • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; • Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities for improvement; • Developing and implementing audit procedures and protocols; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Providing recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, business administration); • At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
