You are part of the IT Governance Teams, which focuses on IT security and projects related to security.

As an Information Security Specialist (Junior or Senior), you ideally bring experience in the field of information security and are proficient in developing security guidelines, managing risks, and accompanying audits.

If you do not entirely possess one or the other desired qualification – no worry – our existing team will gladly act as a mentor.

• Maintenance and development of Hypo Tirol ISMS
• Tight cooperation with the CISO
• Development, update, and implementation of security guidelines based on regulatory requirements (DORA, EBA, NIS, ISO, …)
• Analyzing and evaluating security-relevant risks
• Management and support of projects related to security
• Planning and conducting training and awareness measures
• Creating structured reports and documentation on the security situation for management or steering committees
• Preliminary preparation, support, and accompaniment of internal and external audits

• Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent qualification through professional experience
• Long-term experience in information security, ideally at least five years
• Knowledge of banking regulations and relevant standards (DORA, EBA-Guidelines, etc.)
• Mult-year practical experience (at least three years) in risk management as well as continuous improvement work (KVP)
• Strong team orientation, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor in negotiation and coordination situations

• For this position, according to § 9 Abs. 2 of the Equal Treatment Act, the collective agreement minimum salary of €58,000,- gross per year is foreseen. This serves as a guideline for our negotiations. We place great value on a market-conformable remuneration that takes into account current framework conditions. Experience and qualifications have a significant influence on the payment, which we will gladly discuss in person to agree on a higher salary that corresponds to your individual qualifications and professional experience
