Specialist/In for Accounting and Finance (m/w/d)

We are looking for an analytical thinking and detail-oriented specialist to support our accounting and finance department.

The ideal candidate has fundamental experience in the areas of general bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, is able to manage tasks independently, set priorities effectively, and assert themselves in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main tasks:

• Implementation of ongoing financial accounting.
• Responsible for the administration of invoice and payment processes.
• Support in preparing monthly and annual closing accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Support in the planning and control cycle, including budget preparation, forecast updates, and deviation analyses.
• Collaboration with other departments to improve financial performance and cost control.
• Maintenance and improvement of financial data banks and systems.
• Contact person for banks and other financial institutions.
