You will work in an experienced team with 9 locations in 6 federal states - North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Baden-Württemberg, and Bavaria.

• As a generalist, you will advise healthcare professionals on their business and private financial matters
• You will take responsibility for the active, systematic, and profit-oriented sale of the entire healthcare professions product range.
• Within the framework of the 360-degree consulting approach, you will intensify existing demanding customer relationships and expand them with the help of internal and external specialists.
• Your actions will be geared towards high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty, as well as securing adequate earnings for the bank.
• In addition to looking after existing customers, you will be part of various sales initiatives of the bank and independently acquire potential new customers.
• By contributing your ideas, you will make an important contribution to sustainably achieving team goals and increasing sales performance.

• Training as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
• Certified Banking Specialist with Frankfurt School of Finance & Management / VWA degree or a degree in economics/business administration
• Very good consulting and sales skills
• Enthusiasm for an industry-oriented consulting approach
• Enjoy acquiring new customers
• Basic knowledge and interest in the healthcare sector
• Systematic way of working and high digital affinity
• In-depth knowledge of credit and high risk awareness
• Ideally, knowledge of economics and business administration as well as basic tax knowledge
