- You plan, accompany, and administer training measures for our ADEG and BILLA salespeople.
- Within the framework of selection procedures, you support recruitment and accompany process steps up to planning employee onboarding.
- You develop independent internal and external communication measures and ensure a target-group-oriented approach.
- You actively participate in projects, develop conceptual themes, and drive optimization of processes in the area of salespeople development and communication forward.
- In addition, you take over various administrative and organizational tasks – from IT system maintenance to accounting processing.
