Specialist Time Management (m/w/d)

In collaboration with our client, a well-established mid-sized industrial company with multiple locations and a long-standing tradition in its industry, we are looking for a Specialist Time Management (m/w/d). Our client stands for reliability, mutual respect, and modern, service-oriented processes in HR.

Tasks

• Main point of contact for employees and works council regarding all questions related to time management
• Preparation of evaluations and reports on working hours and absences
• Correction of time entries, as well as recording and checking overtime
• Review and processing of error lists, as well as clarification of discrepancies in the time data
• Control and maintenance of time data taking into account tariff and company regulations
• Conducting BEM discussions

Qualification

• Familiarity with MS Excel, as well as experience with common time-tracking systems
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and Loga 3 is an advantage
• Vocational training in commerce, preferably supplemented by further education in the field of personnel or time management
• Clear, service-oriented, and solution-focused communication
• Reliable, independent, and team-oriented working style
• Solid German language skills
