Specialist Securities Processing (m/w/d)

We are looking for an engaged Specialist Securities Processing (m/w/d) for our client, a specialist in services around the processing of securities transactions, as part of personnel placement in permanent employment.

Tasks

• After intensive familiarization, you will take over the setup and management of securities depots
• You are the point of contact for Front- and Middle Office
• You will be responsible for supplying securities transactions, processing capital measures
• You are the interface to other departments
• You will work on the processing of general meetings
• You are responsible for processing, coordinating, and clarifying securities transactions
• You process and control fiscal topics, such as withholding tax, transaction tax
• You set up and maintain your own storage facilities
• You perform the business input of accounting data and settlement instructions

Qualification

• Completed training as a bank clerk (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• (Multi-year) professional experience in securities processing, settlement, Middle Office
• Knowledge of securities products and processing systems
• Analytical skills and partnership-based communication both internally and externally
• A risk-aware, responsible, and structured working style
• Good handling of MS-Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good English knowledge in writing and speaking desired.
