Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d)

An established services company with its headquarters in the Butzbach area is looking for a Recruiting Specialist.

The company is part of a larger, internationally positioned corporate group and offers its business customers solutions around warehouse, logistics, and distribution processes.

Tasks

• You will take over the complete personnel acquisition process from the first needs analysis to contract signing, with a focus on winning commercial specialists in larger numbers.
• You will design and implement location-based recruiting events and assessment formats in close cooperation with external labor market actors.
• You will act as a central interface between departmental teams, external personnel recruiters, and the team for employer branding development.
• You will identify promising talents through various contact channels, address them specifically, and keep the candidate management system up to date.
• You will conduct systematic selection interviews to qualify and select suitable candidates – both for operational and administrative areas.
• You will continuously evaluate recruiting-relevant metrics and develop data-based optimization approaches for a scalable and smooth personnel acquisition process throughout the project.

Qualification

• You bring fundamental experience in commercial recruitment with you.
• You have completed a degree or equivalent training in a relevant field.
• Your strong communication skills, organizational talent, and structured work approach are just as characteristic of you as your ability to take responsibility and work independently.
• Your very good German language skills and good English language skills complete your profile.
