Specialist Quality Assurance Europe / Packaging Industry (m/f/d)

We are a leading manufacturer of exclusive and individual packaging solutions for the branded goods industry in the high-quality consumer and luxury goods sector. In our own plants, exquisite and innovative packaging in the form of cartons and carrier bags are developed and produced for our national and international customers. To meet these high demands and our growth targets, a strong team is essential. We are looking for you, full-time or part-time! Planned place of deployment in a 50/50 model - Bulgaria and Germany.

Tasks

Quality Inspection

• Conduct statistical quality control according to AQL specifications for internally and externally produced goods, raw materials, and semi-finished products
• Perform process controls according to internal specifications
• Evaluate, release, and block goods after quality inspection
• Set up and test production samples according to specifications
• Create, maintain, and file AQL inspection reports
• Maintain inspection instructions and checklists

Complaint Management

• Analyze and communicate quality deviations to the relevant departments
• Support in root cause analyses
• Participate in special inspections as well as corrective and preventive actions

International Cooperation

• Conduct and support training on quality requirements, inspection methods, and customer standards
• Point of contact for quality-related issues in the international production environment

Qualifications

• Secondary school leaving certificate / intermediate school-leaving certificate or completed technical/commercial apprenticeship; alternatively, relevant professional experience in quality assurance
• Experience in quality assurance, AQL inspections, and documentation; basic knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of the paper and packaging industry as well as their quality requirements is an advantage
• Fluent German; English skills in speaking and writing
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working; quality awareness; communication skills; assertiveness; team spirit
• Willingness to travel of at least 50%
