Quality Management / Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
* Quality in focus: Execution and evaluation of tests along the production process as well as in incoming goods and with suppliers - with a focus on manufacturing
* Manage deviations: Analysis of quality problems using internal tools and application of methods such as 8D or Six Sigma
* Ensure standards: Participation in internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 19011) and development of customer-specific quality criteria
* Close to production: Close cooperation with team leaders and cross-functional departments - involved from order entry
* Create structures: Preparation of test reports, work instructions and active contribution to continuous improvement (CIP, Lean)
Skill-Set
* Completed technical training in electrical engineering (university of applied sciences or university)
* 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management in a manufacturing company
* Knowledge of quality methods such as 8D and Lean Management for process optimization
* Skills in problem analysis and a strategic way of thinking that focuses on efficiency
* Communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
* Fluent German and proficient English for international exchange
