Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

For a company, we are looking for a meticulous and reliable personality for the timely execution of monthly payroll accounting. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for payroll-related issues and will contribute to structured personnel administration.

Responsibilities

• You will create monthly payroll accounting for employees on time.
• You will be the point of contact for payroll-related questions.
• You will record absences such as vacation, inability to work, and parental leave in the time tracking and payroll system.
• You will correspond with health insurance companies and the professional association and process accident reports.
• You will prepare certificates for employees and authorities as well as statistics.
• You will maintain systems by entering, scanning, and filing data and documents.
• You will support projects and, if necessary, take on additional tasks beyond payroll and time tracking issues.

Qualifications

• You are familiar with the timely preparation of payroll accounting.
• You can handle payroll-related questions clearly and in a service-oriented manner.
• You work meticulously with absences, data, and documents in time tracking and payroll systems.
• You have experience in communicating with health insurance companies and the professional association.
• You handle certificates, accident reports, and statistics in a structured manner.
• You work reliably and are willing to support projects and additional tasks.
