Tasks

• As a motivated specialist in market follow-up credit service, you will actively work on internal projects as well as external cooperative central projects for the introduction of IRBA approach.
• You will take an active role in developing and adapting rating processes of the bank.
• You are responsible for ensuring high process and data quality along rating processes and support the development of IRBA-compliant workflows, and work on necessary adjustments to SfOen.
• The performance of data quality analyses and cleanings is a significant task.
• Your focus lies in conceiving, documenting, developing, and implementing IRBA-compliant credit and data quality processes within internal and external projects.
• You support the credit risk monitoring unit in estimating bank-specific model components (MoC).
• Schooling and consulting of departmental staff on IRBA requirements is also part of your responsibility, as well as supporting the sustainable implementation of regulatory guidelines.

Qualification

• You have very good knowledge and practical experience in VR rating procedures and ensuring data quality.
• Ideal would be knowledge of handling data quality requirements according to IRBA approach or experience with IRBA rating systems.
• You have professional experiences related to IRBA or a content-related thematic area. A secure handling of data collection, testing, and evaluation is characteristic for you.
• You have experience in project work and work in a dynamic environment, shaping it actively.
• Decision-making readiness is just as self-evident as independent action.
• Team spirit, high quality awareness, developed analytical and economic thinking, and a pronounced service mentality are not foreign words for you.
• Desirable / further development potential: knowledge and experiences that can also help us in future projects with the market follow-up credit perspective (such as mortgage business).
