Specialist (m/w/d) - Third-Party Funding Verification

We are looking for you as „Specialist Fördermittelprüfung (m/w/d) - Drittmittel“ on behalf of our partner company in Munich.

Tasks

• As a Revisor, you will review third-party funding projects (m/w/d), verify the use of public funding project reports, and ensure compliance with grant conditions.
• You will analyze financial data, SAP bookings, and project-related documents and evaluate them in terms of budget, time frame, and expenditure.
• In addition, you will control personnel, material, and investment costs, including sample checks, and assess procurement and contract processes.
• You will create audit reports and test statements, clarify matters with project responsible persons, and revise opinions.
• Furthermore, you will advise departmental staff on compliance with funding guidelines and support the optimization of internal processes.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification, such as an economist (m/w/d).
• Multiple years of experience in reviewing or managing third-party funding projects, ideally in the public or scientific sector, sets you apart.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of funding guidelines and areas such as personnel, material, and procurement costs.
• A secure handling of MS Office and SAP, as well as a structured and detail-oriented working style, are self-evident for you.
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills, communication strength, and personal responsibility complete your profile.
