As a Specialist (m/w/d) Compensation & Benefits, you will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing compensation and benefits concepts that align with our company's goals and values; • Conducting market research to identify trends and best practices in compensation and benefits; • Collaborating with HR and other departments to develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs; • Analyzing data and preparing reports on compensation and benefits metrics; • Providing expert advice and support to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on compensation and benefits-related matters; • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting compensation and benefits. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
