Specialist Machine Safety - CE Conformity / Risk Analysis (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You create and are responsible for risk assessments according to EN ISO 12100, document them with tools such as Safexpert, and derive CE conformity declarations for our products from them.
• You ensure compliance with the Machinery Directive by actively accompanying and controlling the entire conformity process from development to manufacturing.
• As a central expert, you advise our development department and customers on all issues of product safety and conduct internal training on CE conformity.
• You keep your knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., EN ISO 13849) and directives up to date and ensure that new findings are directly incorporated into our processes.
• You conceptualize and moderate risk assessment workshops, document the results, and continuously further develop the necessary templates and checklists for them.

Profile

• You have a technical apprenticeship, are a technician, or have a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• You have good knowledge of the Machinery Directive and CE conformity
• You are well-versed in risk hazard analysis according to EN ISO 12100 and ideally have knowledge of Safexpert
• You have knowledge of standards EN ISO 13849-1/-2 as well as safety circuit calculations, ideally Sistema / Pascal, and in a common PDM system, ideally Pro.File
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications and have good German and English skills, both written and spoken
