Specialist Payroll - DACH / SAP (m/f/d)

As part of the Spandex Group, over 170 dedicated employees form the Spandex Germany team and tackle the diverse tasks and challenges of an internationally operating trading company.
Responsibilities

• You will carry out the monthly payroll for the locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in accordance with legal, tax, and social security regulations in cooperation with an external service provider.
• You will prepare and process severance payments, bonuses, and other special payments.
• You will be the main point of contact for authorities, external service providers, and third parties in connection with payroll.
• You will create and upload monthly payroll journals and transfer them to SAP via Promenta.
• You will identify and clarify discrepancies and process payroll payments as well as payments to third parties (taxes, social security, etc.).
• You will manage payroll documentation and maintain correct and legally compliant personnel files, prepare monthly employee numbers and quarterly payroll reports for the finance department, and work closely with the Finance and Human Resources departments.

Profile

• You have a commercial apprenticeship and extensive experience in processing payroll in the DACH region.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of Swiss payroll accounting, which will make your daily work easier.
• You bring experience with SAP, Promenta, or similar payroll/financial systems.
• You are characterized by high accuracy, discretion, and strong administrative skills.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and, as a team player, make an important contribution to the Finance team.
