Specialist Customer Team Accident Insurance (m/f/d)

Would you like to competently support people after an accident and ensure that they reliably receive their insurance benefits? Do you enjoy processing claims independently and making a tangible difference for our policyholders with your work?

In this role, you will strengthen the Claims business unit at Zurich Switzerland in the Accident Insurance (UVG) area at the Zurich-Oerlikon or Kriens location. As the central point of contact for policyholders, employers, and other partners, you will accompany accident cases from registration to closure. You will review benefit claims, coordinate payments, and ensure efficient, customer-oriented claims processing.

What awaits you

• You will independently review and process UVG claims from registration to closure.
• You will assess insurance coverage and benefit claims based on legal provisions.
• You will coordinate daily allowance payments and the coverage of medical expenses.
• You will support policyholders, employers, and other partners by phone and in writing.
• You will ensure efficient claims handling and coordinate the necessary process steps.

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in UVG claims processing or in the social insurance environment.
• Good IT user skills and confident use of digital work tools.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills.
• Strong customer focus, independent work style, and teamwork skills.
