Customer Team Specialist KTG (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
Are you enthusiastic about claims processing and want to play a key role in processing benefits for our clients' employees? Do you have a talent for managing multiple claims processes in a dynamic environment and continuously improving the experience of our insured persons?
In our diverse and multilingual Customer Team KTG, you will work closely with internal and external partners and contribute to ensuring that our customers receive competent support in the event of a claim. What you do
You will process benefits for illnesses of our clients' employees in accordance with legal and contractual provisions.
You will correspond and hold discussions with the various parties involved in claims settlement (insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers).
You will clarify medical matters and make payments based on legal requirements and insurance contracts.
You will manage recourse claims against third parties and other insurers.
What you bring
Commercial apprenticeship in the insurance sector or a diploma in social insurance is an advantage.
Experience in KTG processing.
Medical experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; further language skills are an advantage.
