We are looking for a specialist to join our partner company in Munich's northern region as „Specialist for Technical Documentation (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Specialist for Technical Documentation (m/w/d), you will manage and develop solutions for automated translation, Translation Management, terminology, and language testing.
• You will conceptualize, evaluate, and implement KI-based language technologies and digital tools for documentation and translation processes.
• You will analyze industry trends, support the digital transformation of language processes, and work actively on linguistic quality assurance with.
• Project management, interface coordination with other departments, and consulting stakeholders on technologies and processes are part of your responsibility.
• You will design, communicate, and optimize processes, build an internal KI environment for translation, terminology, and language testing, and work closely with internal and external partners.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in Translation Management, Computer Linguistics, Language Technology, Terminology, Technical Communication, or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in technical documentation, translation management, and ideally as a project manager (m/w/d) with language technologies and KI solutions.
• Ideal candidates are familiar with Large Language Models (LLM) and digital translation tools.
• You stand out for your structured, quality-conscious working style, organizational talent, and team skills.
• You have secure German and good English language skills.
