The specialist will be responsible for the development and implementation of occupational safety measures, the monitoring of compliance with safety regulations, and the provision of training and guidance to employees. The tasks include the analysis of work processes, the identification of potential hazards, and the development of measures to prevent accidents. The specialist will also be responsible for the coordination of internal and external audits, the preparation of reports and documentation, and the maintenance of a comprehensive occupational safety management system. The ideal candidate should have a degree in occupational safety, a strong understanding of safety regulations and standards, and experience in the development and implementation of occupational safety measures. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills, are also essential. The specialist will be based in our headquarters in Switzerland and will work closely with our international teams.
