Specialist Dealer Operations (m/f/d)

The dealer network is a central success factor for a strong customer experience. In this versatile role, you will ensure that contracts, data, and processes are correct – and actively shape the further development of our dealer and service network.

Your tasks – versatile, analytical, networked

• Contract Management: You will manage dealer and service partner contracts and support contract control management.
• Data Maintenance: You will enter mutations in the dealer database (DID) and coordinate communication with internal and external partners.
• Bonus Settlement: You will participate in the quarterly dealer bonus settlement and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Network Development: You will support the planning and further development of the dealer network and the implementation of group-wide Retail Look & Style specifications.
• Reporting: You will monitor relevant KPIs and create reports, presentations, and decision-making bases.
• Projects & Collaboration: You will coordinate special projects, for example, on digitalization and sales software, and work closely with After Sales, Marketing, and the Ford Area Managers in Switzerland and the DACH region.

Your profile – structured, strong communication skills, independent

• Commercial Background: You have a commercial apprenticeship and professional experience.
• Language Skills: You speak and write German, Austrian, and English fluently.
• Data Affinity: You are comfortable working with data and have good user knowledge of MS Excel.
• Industry Interest: You are interested in market analysis, dealer network development, and the automotive trade.
• Work Style: You work analytically, in a structured manner, reliably, and independently.
• Team & Communication: You communicate clearly and enjoy working with various stakeholders.
