Brand Manager (m/f/d) – Focus on Brand, PR & Personal Branding – Full-time, 100% Home Office

Our brand is much more than our products. We want to inspire people, provide guidance, and show who is behind nutri+. For this, we are looking for you as a Brand Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Brand, PR, and Personal Branding.

Your Mission

As a Brand Manager (m/f/d), you will strategically develop our brand and ensure that nutri+ is perceived clearly, authentically, and recognizably.

You will define what our brand stands for, which target groups we address, and which stories we tell. At the same time, you will build our personal branding and give nutri+ as a company and employer a face.

In doing so, you will make our management and selected team members visible as authentic brand ambassadors and show which people, values, and beliefs are behind nutri+.

Tasks

• You will further develop our brand strategy, positioning, target groups, and core messages
• You will ensure consistent and recognizable communication across all relevant channels
• You will develop relevant topics, stories, and communication occasions for our brand
• You will build our PR and public relations and coordinate cooperation with media, partners, and external service providers
• You will develop a personal branding strategy for our management and selected team members
• You will support our brand ambassadors in topic selection, positioning, and content planning
• You will create strategic briefings and work closely with our marketing and design team
• You will observe the market, target groups, and competition and derive relevant topics and opportunities for our brand from them
• You will analyze the impact of our brand communication and continuously develop it
• You will build long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience in brand management, brand communication, PR, or a comparable position
• You understand how brands are built, positioned, and developed long-term
• You have a very good instinct for target groups, storytelling, and relevant communication topics
• You can translate complex content into clear, understandable, and emotional messages
• You work strategically, independently, and at the same time bring a strong hands-on mentality
• You can bring together different stakeholders and enjoy working closely with marketing, design, and management
• You have very good German language skills and an excellent feel for language
• You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility, and joy in actively building a new area
• You share our values and our philosophy
• You are a resident of Germany
