Aufgaben

Your role with us

• Customer Care & Consulting: You will care for and consult our international customers, building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Data & Processes: You will manage inventories, optimize data processes, and take over calculations as well as data management.
• Customer Development: You will develop existing customer relationships further and identify new potential.
• Innovation & Digitalization: You will work on digitalization projects and drive innovations with your own ideas actively forward.

Qualification

You bring with you

• Educational Background & Expertise: You possess a solid educational background, e.g. in the insurance sector, or a comparable additional qualification.
• bAV Experience: Ideally, you have bAV experience in the insurance, consulting, or client service sectors.
• Analytical Strength: You are numerate, analytical, and work extremely precisely and independently.
• Work Style & Communication: You convince through connectivity, a strong sense of service orientation, as well as secure German and English language skills.
• Tools & IT Knowledge: You handle MS Office with ease and have experience with inventory management and CRM systems.

The starting salary for this position is approximately 60,000 euros gross per year. In addition, you will benefit from further employer-financed benefits, such as pension provision, health insurance, disability and death insurance, accident insurance, further education entitlement, and team bonus.
