We currently have an opening as Specialist Application Engineering and Sales Support (m/w/d), UV-Desinfection – Water & Wastewater at the location Herford (optional also Langenhagen/Hannover).

Aufgaben

In this position, you will take on a central role in designing and implementing UV-desinfection solutions for municipal and industrial applications. You combine technical know-how with a good understanding of customer requirements and actively contribute to bringing sustainable water solutions worldwide.

You develop and dimension UV-desinfection systems for national and international projects – from the first technical planning to the offer preparation

• You support our sales teams and partners in technical and commercial questions and bring your knowledge actively into customer conversations
• You present our solutions at customers on-site and accompany projects closely with internal and external stakeholders
• You analyze project developments, recognize early risks and contribute to the successful implementation
• You ensure a structured handover of gained projects to order processing and project teams
• You review tender documents, identify deviations and develop technical solutions
• You work on developing strategies for complex projects and tenders with
• You create technical drawings (e.g. R&I flowcharts, layouts) and support in the further development of tools
• You develop training materials and conduct trainings for internal teams and partners
• You observe market trends and customer needs and bring impulses for the further development of our solutions into play

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in engineering or a comparable qualification
• First experience in a technical or sales-related function in the field of water, environmental technology or plant construction from an advantage
• Interest in technical products and a good commercial understanding
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Pleasure in cooperation with customers and international teams
• Safe handling of common IT systems (e.g. ERP/CRM, ideally SAP)
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
