Work in a collaborative approach with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists providing therapy to paediatric clients treating a wide variety of conditions.

Support Structure:

• New Graduates and Early Career clinicians up to 3 years experience receive weekly supervision from an in-house supervisor
• Discipline specific and cross discipline meetings fortnightly
• Gradually increasing billable targets based on your comfortability
• Collaborative work culture allows you to benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team
• Monthly one on one meetings with the Speech Pathology Team Lead
• Fortnightly meetings with the director to check in on how you're going

The Benefits:

• Salary of $77,000 - $110,000 + superannuation (based on experience)
• $1000 PD allowance annually
• Generous bonus structure after exceeding your KPI's

About the role:

• Clinic based in Ascot Vale with no travel to clients required
• See predominantly paediatric and adolescent clients with the opportunity to see some adults if desired
• Varied paediatric caseload with referrals tailored to your interest area
• Provide therapy around areas including speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• All levels of experience will be considered
