- A relevant tertiary qualification in speech pathology and SPA registration.
- At least 6 months of experience working with pediatric clients.
- A proven track record of positive interactions with children who have disabilities or face complex challenges in a professional environment.
- A deep understanding and use of neurodiversity-affirmative practices.
- Bonus points if you have experience delivering services under the NDIS.
- Extra bonus points if you've worked with early intervention, children, and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders like intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorders, and ADHD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working with Children and NDIS Workers' Clearance checks.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualification or willingness to obtain.
