- Degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration (or eligibility)
- Valid WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community appointments
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
- Assess, diagnose and deliver evidence‑based therapy across communication, language, literacy and swallowing needs
- Deliver sessions across home, school, clinic and telehealth settings
- Collaborate with families, schools and allied health teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and meet KPI/quality standards
- Participate in supervision, peer review and ongoing PD
