Speech Pathologist - Private Practice - Above Award Salary!

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to take on a private practice role in the Yarra Valley.

Our client provides health services to the Yarra Valley and Outer East suburbs of Melbourne, as well as West Gippsland. A values-based practice with values of Community, Strengths Focus, Sharing Knowledge, and Sustainability. Our client is a teaching clinic and provides mentoring and supervision to trainee therapists.

In this role you will see a range of clients from paediatrics through to older adults. You will also have the opportunity to deliver both individual and group based therapy as well as some community visits. You may have the option to tailor your skill set to your area of interest.

This is a full-time with the option to do some work from home. Early career and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply!

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (with SPA registration)
• Indemnity Insurance, Medicare Provider number
• Previous experience with neurodiverse and NDIS clients (desired)
• A passion for high-quality service delivery
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Strong crisis assessment and crisis management skills
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously
• Highly organised and efficient
• Current driver's licence and own car
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS worker screening check
• Police Check
• Eligible to work permanently in Australia
