Join an industry leader in paediatric allied health services, offering a unique integrated therapy model that provides a holistic and cohesive treatment plan that caters for the cognitive, behavioural and emotional difficulties children face.

Two weeks of graduate specific orientation covering topics including practice procedures, the NDIS, speech pathology assessments and interventions, whilst gradually increasing your client caseload.
You will engage in work shadowing days with experienced clinicians within your team, undertake weekly 1:1 clinical supervision a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 7 years in the industry, attend monthly group supervision and monthly internal professional development workshops to collaborate with your peers, sharing experiences and advice.
Access a $1000 professional development allowance and 2 day PD leave to undertake external courses.

Your Role:
- Deliver individualised and group therapy services to children 0 to 18 years to develop communication and swallowing skills.
- Conduct assessments (articulation and phonology, literacy, language, pragmatics, dysphagia), analyse results and reports on funding for children and young people.
- Participate in clinical case discussions to ensure holistic care is provided to clients.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
