Speech Pathologist

Our Client: A Community and Disability service providing state-wide high-quality services aimed at supporting people to remain independent within the community. Providing services from birth to early intervention and education services to children and their families/carers through to services to adults and the aged, including Home Care, Respite, Community Care, Allied Health, Support Coordination, Supported Accommodation and facility-based respite. About the Role: We are seeking a Speech Pathologist who will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults. This role will involve working with individuals, families, and carers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles of evidence-based practice and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. The role will also involve providing education and training to families, carers, and other professionals, as well as contributing to the development of service policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with people with communication and swallowing disorders, and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
