- Work ¾ of the week in the clinic, with optional school visits or telehealth
- Lead parent education programs and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Participate in internal PD and contribute to team development initiatives
- Opportunity to help shape the clinic’s ongoing growth and service direction
- Degree in Speech Pathology with current SPA membership
- 3+ years of paediatric experience, ideally with supervisory or mentoring responsibilities
- Confident working with children with ASD, developmental delays, literacy, AAC, and feeding needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Access to a car for occasional community visits
- A positive, adaptable mindset and passion for team growth
