Speech Pathologist – Generalist or Paediatric Caseload
Location: Belmont, WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setting: Split between clinic-based and community-based services

The Role We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our friendly and collaborative team. The caseload can be tailored to your interest — generalist across the lifespan or paediatric-focused.

The Role We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our friendly and collaborative team. The caseload can be tailored to your interest — generalist across the lifespan or paediatric-focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments and interventions
- Delivering therapy in both clinic and community settings (e.g., homes, schools, early learning centres)
- Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals
- Collaborating with families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia)
- Ability to manage a varied caseload or paediatric
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
- Experience working within the NDIS framework
- Interest or experience in working with paediatric clients or neurodiverse populations
- Experience in AAC, literacy, or early intervention is a plus
- Tailored caseload to suit your clinical interests (paediatrics or generalist)
- Clinic/community split to offer variety in your day
- Ongoing supervision, mentoring, and CPD allowance
