Speech Pathologist – Generalist or Paediatric Caseload

Location:
Belmont, WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setting: Split between clinic-based and community-based services

The Role We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our friendly and collaborative team. The caseload can be tailored to your interest — generalist across the lifespan or paediatric-focused.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments and interventions
  • Delivering therapy in both clinic and community settings (e.g., homes, schools, early learning centres)
  • Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals
  • Collaborating with families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS requirements
About You We’re looking for someone who is passionate, client-focused, and ready to grow in a supportive team environment.

Essential Criteria:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia)
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload or paediatric
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
Desirable:
  • Experience working within the NDIS framework
  • Interest or experience in working with paediatric clients or neurodiverse populations
  • Experience in AAC, literacy, or early intervention is a plus
