Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist who loves variety in your caseload and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment? Join our dynamic Gold Coast team and make a meaningful impact across both paediatric and adult populations.
The Role
We're seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality, client-centred services across:
- Paediatrics (approx. 2/3 caseload): speech, language, fluency, literacy, social communication
- Adults (approx. 1/3 caseload): communication, dysphagia, language, voice
- You'll work both in-clinic and in the community, enabling flexible, holistic care that meets clients where they're at.
What You'll Do
- Provide assessment and evidence-based intervention across a diverse caseload
- Collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including OT, Psych, Physio and Allied Health Assistants
- Develop tailored therapy plans and monitor client progress
- Build warm, supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

About You
- Degree in Speech Pathology (new grads and experienced clinicians welcome!)
- SPA registration (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice
- Valid driver's licence and ability to work across community settings
