What’s on Offer
- Salary from $90,000 – $125,000+ + super depending on experience
- Full-time salaried role preferred, with structured onboarding and career planning
- Manageable KPIs: 5 billable hours/day (4 for new grads), no hard push
- PD support: Flexible budget, no cap, plus internal and external supervision
- Fleet vehicles for occasional outreach; focus is increasingly clinic-based
- Relocation package provided to help cover costs
- Friendly, close-knit allied health team: Speech Pathology, OT, Psychology
- 80% NDIS, 20% private (e.g. GP referrals) — diverse and rewarding caseload
- Paediatric focus: mix of mild delays to complex presentations, including AAC and equipment
- Primarily clinic-based delivery, with school visits and limited regional travel
- Beautifully equipped rooms, sensory tools, AAC resources, and assessment kits

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA membership
- Drivers licence for occasional travel (fleet cars provided)
- WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Any experience welcomed
